1) Register as a UmadeUp Member. To create a product, you must first create a Member Account.
2) Create a Product. After you have logged in to your Member Account, simply create a product. You will be able to upload images, add text phrases, and style each of the images or text elements.
3) Once the product displays in your cart, you can remove it, or order it.
4) Order the Product. From the finished product page, simply choose from the options on the right to specify size, quantity. Click "add to cart" when you are ready to order - the product your have created will be saved and added to your cart.
5) Click on the "Save Product" button if you are not ready to order - the Product will be saved in your account.

we will need some information about you.This is why it would be better for you first to register and than to create and order our products.
In the UMadeUP Product Constructor, you may upload an image using the "Upload your design" button or import an image from your collection by selecting "my designs" in combobox and clicking on one of your uploaded designs.If you upload a new image, it will automatically be stored in your images collection in case you want to use it later.
Image Formats.
UMadeUP supports images in JPEG format. This format will produce great quality products as long as the
resolution meets or exceeds our recommendations. We recommend using an sRGB color profile for images.

When you add an image to your design, you must send the image file from your computer to our servers. The process is called "uploading." The upload time can vary widely depending on the size of the image file and the speed of your internet connection. Uploading a large image (1MB+) may take a few seconds on a fast internet connection (such as DSL) or more than 5 minutes using a slow internet connection (such as 28.8Kpbs modem).Creating Images. There are many ways to create an image. For example, you can create one with a graphics design program, scan in a physical photograph or something you've drawn or painted, or use a digital photograph.

We create items that are unique and one-of-a-kind specially for you.
You cannot return item, but you can get a refund for it, if it had been shipped to you broken or damaged.
For this you have to give us proofs of damaged good with a photo or video within 48 hours from the moment you received your order from us.
If we decide that this happened because of our fault - we will give you a refund.

Any products that are deemed unacceptable by the rules above, or deemed offensive or in bad taste at the sole judgment of UMadeUp.com will have the products cancelled and removed from the Marketplace with or without notice.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR CUSTOMIZATION OF OFFICIALLY LICESNED MERCHANDISE
Here you will find the guidelines of what is generally prohibited for printing on officially licensed merchandise:
* No text or images that may be considered offensive or be controversial to others in any manner
* No sexual connotations
* No images or references of illegal drugs
* No names of politicians or political statements
* No business advertising
* No company names, school names, or sports teams, trademarks, slogans or tag lines
* No events other than those with a family name incorporated (“Johnson Family Reunion”)
*No text or images that may place the brand or any of its affiliates in a negative light or which the brand does not wish to have placed on its products
If you publish your product for sale, you must agree to our Nonexclusive License Agreement.
The Fine Print:
1. We reserve the right to decline to use your uploaded image or text at our sole discretion.
2. Prior to uploading an image or text, you must read carefully and make certain you understand our User Agreement.
3. You may not upload an image or text that violates the Terms of Use.You must own all rights (including copyright) in the image and text you upload or have the written permission of ALL persons who own (a) the rights to upload the image or text and (b) the rights to authorize the uses permitted in the User Agreement. If someone other than you is the owner of the image or appears in it or has created the text, you must obtain such permission from those persons.
If you upload any image or text that violates our User Agreement, your account may be terminated.By clicking “Make it now”, you certify that (a) you have read and agree to the User Agreement; (b) the image does not violate the User Agreement; (c) you own or have obtained all Rights necessary to upload this image and/or text and authorize the uses permitted in the User Agreement; and (d) you are granting UMadeUP the license to make all such uses of the image and/or text.
You can change details of your design or product this way:
1) Go to your profile page (sign-in and than click "My Page");
2) Click "My designs" or "My products";
3) You will see the list of your designs/products on the next page, each with the buttons "change" or "delete" underneath;
4) Click "change" button under the item you would like to change - go to "Change item" page;
5) Make changes and click "Save changes" button - details have been changed.
You can delete your design or product this way:
1) Go to your profile page (sign-in and than click "My Page");
2) Click "My designs" or "My products";
3) You will see the list of your designs/products on the next page, each with the buttobs "change" or "delete" underneath;
4) Click "delete" button under the item you would like to delete - you will get a pop-up asking if you are sure you want to delete this item;
5) If you really want to delete this item - click "OK" - the item will be deleted, otherwise - click "Cancel".
